Annual Training - Trillium Health Resources

Overview

The organization required an annual training cycle covering 7–9 courses for roughly 2,000 employees and contractors across diverse roles. Each group needed a different training pathway—full, abridged, or role-specific—with strict compliance deadlines. I managed the entire program from content updates to assignment rules, communication planning, remediation, and reporting, ensuring the training was consistent, accurate, and completed on time across the entire workforce.

  • Supporting supervisors who needed clear expectations and reporting

Approach

I began by mapping all training requirements by department, role, and regulatory expectation, ensuring every learner was assigned only the training they needed. I coordinated with SMEs to gather content updates, standardize course structures, and maintain version control across all materials. I also led the team of designers tasked with updating the courses

Working with the LMS, I built assignment automations, reminder cycles, and role-based pathways. I created clear communication updates for leadership outlining expectations, timelines, and escalation procedures. Throughout the cycle, I monitored completion metrics, provided updated reports to leadership, and handled remediation for incomplete or failed modules.

My focus was on creating a stable, predictable annual cycle that could scale smoothly year after year—reducing confusion and allowing staff to focus on their work instead of chasing down requirements.
